I spent the first seven years of my career as an engineer at Ford Motor Company, taking vehicle interiors from 3D CAD concept to full production. That’s where I learned systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and an obsession with getting the customer experience right.
From Ford, I moved into Bitcoin mining — first at Braiins as a Marketing Product Manager, then at Compass Mining where I built the product management function from scratch and shipped 10 products. I learned to talk to customers every week, implement analytics, and run marketing campaigns that actually moved the needle.
Most recently at Unchained, I owned growth product strategy across the full customer lifecycle — onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion. I shipped AI-assisted workflows, launched a Voice of the Customer program, and reduced drop-off across the funnel.
Now I’m applying everything I’ve learned to help local businesses. I believe every business deserves access to the product thinking and growth strategies that tech companies take for granted. And I’m most passionate about the teaching part — my goal is always your independence, not your dependence on me.
